About Us | Beaver Wood Restoration
Beaver Wood Restoration is a family owned business located in London, Ontario. We began our restoration services because there was a niche in the market: new decks only look good for so long, and when they begin to age they become slippery, dirty, and hard to maintain. Homeowners typically have two options: clean and restore a deck themselves, or hire a painting company. Either option typically left a mess as both products available in the big box stores and products our competition uses typically begins to chip, peel, and flake after a few short months. Our staff went to Vancouver, British Columbia to undergo extensive wood restoration classes and we still continue to regularly attend seminars across North America to improve our business model. When we got good at doing decks, we expanded our services to also offer cedar shake roof and cedar shake siding restoration, as well as other wooden structures such as fences, gazebos, pool houses, and more!

Why Us? | Wood Restoration Pro's
Beaver Wood Restoration takes wood to the next level. Most contractors in Southwestern Ontario aren't familiar with how to properly clean and restore wood. Products used in our industry are designed to make the clean "fast" but that doesn't necessarily mean good. For example - if the company you hired is using a power washer on any part of your wood - fire them immediately. The pressure used in a power washer does far more damage than good, and unfortunately, most contractors don't know any better. The best, and only option, when it comes to wood restoration is via either using eco-friendly chemicals, or sanding. This is a safe choice as it doesn't remove any oils from the fiber in the wood, which are in charge of keeping the wood health and strong. Depending on what wood currently has on it: i.e. stain, paint, moss, mildew, mold, grease, etc. we are able to pick the right mix of chemicals to safely strip and clean any surface. Years of training, experience, and adhering to proper guidance sets us apart from competition. Whatever surface you have that needs restoration - you can rely on us to get the job done right.
